  • Canceling after we have begun work may lead to fees for work already performed and the cost of materials purchased.



3. Completion Deadlines


3.1 Execution and Delivery

We’ll agree on service completion and delivery timelines with you, taking into account factors like material availability, project complexity, and external conditions (e.g., weather, boat access, etc.).


3.2 Delays

ProStitch will make every effort to meet agreed deadlines. However, we can’t be held responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as logistics problems, material shortages, or poor weather.



4. Quality and Warranty


4.1 Materials

  • We use high-quality materials. If we need to change any materials during the job, we’ll let you know in advance about any price or delivery changes.


4.2 Warranty

  • Our services may come with a warranty covering manufacturing or installation defects. Specific warranty details, including length and terms, will be provided in the contract or a separate document.
  • The warranty doesn’t cover damage caused by misuse, lack of proper maintenance, or normal wear over time.


4.3 Maintenance

  • You’re responsible for following ProStitch’s care and maintenance recommendations to extend the life of your upholstery and canvas.



5. Limitation of Liability

  • Improper use or installation of materials after delivery;

6. Client Obligations
